What You 'll Do * Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or website inquires Provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing three tier bulk customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction * Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead follow-up. Work with sales operations/marketing personnel to source leads. * Collaborate with the Bulk Division Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders using HubSpot CRM software. * Provide pricing, availability, and technical product information to customers. * Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency refer to customer service department when necessary. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and Catania's product portfolio * Support logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of bulk orders Requirements: What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred * 0-2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in foodservice, manufacturing, or B2B environments * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively * Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach * Knowledge of edible oils or food ingredients is a plus Why Catania Oils? * Be part of a company that values teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement * Work in a culture that blends tradition with innovation * Make a real impact in a company that's committed to sustainability and quality. * We offer competitive pay and benefits.
