Aromatender (Part-Time Retail) Location: Indianapolis, IN Company: The Aroma Labs Hours: Retail | Open 11am-8pm Schedule: Part-time | Weekends required (evenings & weekends) Love people, good energy, and fast-paced days? What You'll Do * Welcome guests with warmth, curiosity, and confidence * Guide customers through creating their own signature scent * Follow fragrance recipes and blending steps precisely (consistency matters) * Manage multiple guests at once while keeping the experience calm and fun * Prioritize tasks and flow--similar to working in a restaurant or cafe * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe blending space * Support teammates and communicate clearly during busy shifts No fragrance experience required--we'll train you on recipes, systems, and flow.
