As an Entry Level Sales Assistant in Indianapolis, you'll operate in-store, helping customers navigate the full lineup of cell phones and wireless devices--ensuring every choice reflects speed, value, and seamless integration with AT&T's network. As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you ensure customers get the best wireless experience--not just the easiest. The Entry Level Sales Assistant verifies upgrade eligibility, recommends cell phones built for AT&T's 5G network, and applies plan-based savings that make high-performance upgrades simple and affordable. Entry Level Sales Assistant Responsibilities: * Provide timely sales support by responding to customer inquiries with accurate information on AT&T smartphones, wireless devices, and retail service plans. * Assess customer usage patterns and recommend tailored AT&T wireless packages that maximize reliability, coverage, and overall value. * Process account setups, activations, upgrades, and plan adjustments with precision while maintaining sales accuracy, billing compliance, and secure documentation. * Troubleshoot device concerns, clarify requirements, and escalate complex technical or service issues through structured support channels to ensure timely resolution. * Maintain detailed records in sales systems by tracking activations, customer feedback, and retention strategies to support AT&T retail performance goals. * Collaborate with internal teams and other Entry Level Sales Assistants to align retail sales and service efforts, uphold AT&T brand messaging, and meet campaign benchmarks. Entry Level Sales Assistant Preferred Qualities: * High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology preferred. * Experience in customer service or retail sales within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or subscriptionbased industries. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain AT&T smartphone plans, resolve service concerns, and build customer trust. * Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset with resilience to excel in fastpaced retail sales environments. * Ability to use Entry Level Sales Assistant digital platforms and retail activation tools to manage accounts, track engagement, and ensure compliance with AT&T standards.
