JOB DESCRIPTION: Driven Brand's Auto Glass Now group** is looking for a Driven Outside Sales Rep who wants to make a difference! Reporting to the Director of Sales and supporting our Auto Glass Now segment, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining lasting connections with important decision-makers at select customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service and valuable insights to drive business growth. What you 'll *_Drive:_ * Serving accounts and visiting clients in the Berkshire County territory * Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. * Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising its profile with customers * Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. * May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies You 're* _Good-to-Go if you have:_ * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred) * 2+ years of B2B sales experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. * Ability to prioritize time and resources to achieve metrics and complete task. * Multi-task, prioritize, organize and coordinate projects to meet simultaneous deadlines.
