Community Sales Director Are you a motivated, customer-focused sales professional ready to make an impact in senior living? We 're looking for a _Community Sales Director_ to drive occupancy, build strong relationships, and lead our sales efforts to new heights. Position Overview As the Community Sales Director, you will be responsible for attracting qualified prospects and converting them into residents, maximizing the community's revenue potential. You'll serve as the primary liaison for prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the entire sales journey--from initial inquiry to move-in. Key Responsibilities * Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families with professionalism and care. * Organize and conduct tours of the senior living community. * Achieve and exceed sales goals by successfully closing new resident agreements. * Regularly review and optimize sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline. * Use CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and communications. * Collaborate with the sales team to support move-in processes, paperwork, and resident needs. * Participate in sales meetings and community outreach activities to generate qualified referrals. * Foster a sales-oriented culture and contribute to marketing efforts, including events. * Collaborate with leadership and other department heads to create a positive environment for residents and associates. * Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions. * Assist in training, coaching, and developing sales team members. * Complete timely and accurate departmental reports. * Participate in company webinars, training sessions, and the Manager-on-Duty program (rotating weekend coverage). Qualifications * Proven sales experience with a track record of success * Relationship-driven sales experience is a strong plus. * Excellent customer service, communication, and public relations skills. * Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, and team-oriented personality. * Genuine desire to serve residents, families, and team members. * Creative problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to positively represent the community to residents, families, and visitors. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing-related software. * College degree preferred but not required. * Experience in Senior Living Sales is highly desired.
