Inside Sales Coordinator Location: Eastern Iowa (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Overview We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our clients' sales teams across multiple Eastern Iowa locations. This role focuses on sales support, customer communication, and inside sales activity in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Sell A4 and entry-level equipment to existing and prospective customers * Prepare sales quotes and account review materials * Schedule customer account review meetings for sales representatives * Manage order paperwork, delivery coordination, and sales documentation * Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally * Support sales workflows using CRM and sales tools * Communicate regularly with sales leadership and field sales teams * Complete required manufacturer training and certifications Qualifications * Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel * Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and customer service skills * Inside sales, sales support, or customer service experience preferred Compensation & Incentives * $40,000 base salary * Commission and profit-sharing opportunities * Monthly performance bonuses * Manufacturer incentives and sales contests Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
