Responsibilities - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with potential clients. - Utilize strong phone etiquette to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone. - Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure seamless transactions and inventory management. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and dealership inventory to provide informed recommendations. - Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Experience - Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within a dealership or retail environment. - Familiarity with sales pipelines and inventory management systems is advantageous. - Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively. - Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism in all interactions.
