Position Title: Part-Time Outreach Specialist Overview: We are a dedicated team focused on creating meaningful engagements with senior professionals across various industries, including Fortune 500 executives, engineers, medical professionals, supply chain managers, and business owners. Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Outreach Specialist who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with senior professionals and executives. You will play a crucial role in our outreach efforts by engaging with key decision-makers in a thoughtful and purposeful manner. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with targeted phone outreach, driven to foster long-term relationships, and capable of presenting valuable, insightful information that aligns with the business objectives of the professionals you engage with. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct Outbound calls to potential interviewees * Qualify leads and set appointments * Maintain accurate records of interactions * Collaborate with the Project Teams to ensure a seamless handoff Qualifications: * Excellent verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Google * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Reliable and punctual * Able to "think on your feet" and respond to changes in workflow * Proven experience in Outbound calls (i.e. sales, telemarketing etc.) Position Details and Compensation: * The position is remote however, candidates must live in the Cleveland Metro and surrounding areas and be available to interview in person. Training will be conducted with a mix of in person and online. * At least two mandatory in house company meetings per year. All Team online meetings will be camera facing. * Fluctuating work week depending on need -15 to 40 hours per week typically during standard business hours (9am ET--5pm ET) however, this may vary based on project needs (e.g. international outreach) * Highly competitive hourly wage with possibilities for performance-based bonuses * Business casual Compensation: * $20.00 per hour * Opportunity to participate in 401(k) program - as part of this program, Sterling automatically contributes an amount equal to 4% of your total compensation for the year, up to the legal maximum, regardless of whether you choose to make elective contributions Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) Experience: * cold calling: 2 years (Preferred) * outbound calling: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
