What You 'll Do: * Greet customers like a pro, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey * Explain features, offer test drives, and help customers find the perfect fit -- no pressure, just great service * Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals with confidence and professionalism * Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training (we invest in you) * Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve * Build long-term relationships with your customers -- they'll come back to you because you earned their trust * Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customer a seamless experience * Hit (and exceed!) your sales goals -- with support, mentorship, and room to grow What You Bring: * A passion for people, cars, and closing the deal * Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with just about anyone * Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills * A customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude * Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings & weekends * Required - Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Why Work Here?
