Closers Only Guaranteed Roof is the leading Roof Maxx dealer in our market and one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Metro Atlanta. We run volume. We run standards. We close. This role is for a high-performing in-home closer who can control the appointment, build urgency, and get the deal done on the first visit. These are pre-set, company-generated appointments. No cold calling. No door knocking required. Your job: Inspect -> Present -> Close. What You'll Sell We give homeowners the right solution based on their roof and budget: * Roof Shampoo (professional roof cleaning) * Roof Maxx rejuvenation (extend roof life) * Repairs / tune-ups * Full roof replacement What You'll Do * Run 2 -4+ pre-set appointments/day (seasonally higher) * Inspect roofs (we train you) and diagnose what's actually needed * Present options clearly and confidently (good/better/best) * Ask for the business every time * Handle objections, isolate payment, and close decisively * Keep your pipeline tight: follow-ups, reschedules, deal recovery * Coordinate with production to deliver a clean customer experience Who We're Looking For * Proven closer in high-ticket in-home sales (roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, etc.) or * Competitive, coachable, high-output rep who wants a real shot at big income * Strong communicator who can lead the conversation and earn trust fast * Comfortable with pressure, accountability, and performance standards Performance Standards This is not a "show up and hope" job. We expect: * High activity + high close rate * Clean CRM notes and follow-up discipline * Professional appearance and strong customer control If you don't like pressure, this won't fit.
