Leasing Specialist Are you a person with a passion for real estate and exceptional customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Leasing Specialist to join our team at a vibrant multifamily apartment community. As a Leasing Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key player in building a thriving and welcoming community. Key Responsibilities: Leasing & Customer Service: * Greet and assist prospective residents, provide tours, and promote community features and benefits * Execute effective leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy * Process rental applications, lease agreements, and lease renewals with accuracy * Deliver excellent service to current residents and support resident retention initiatives * Assist with resident issues and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner * Maintain knowledge of the local rental market and community competitors * Support property management with marketing efforts and community outreach Administrative & Office Support: * Maintain accurate records, lease files, and resident information in property management systems * Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally * Support marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts * Ensure the leasing office is organized, stocked, and presents a professional appearance * Support the maintenance of the property and submit work orders Qualifications: * Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; and in property management software (Yardi, HappyCo, etc.) is a plus * High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus * Must be able to work weekends as needed - Saturdays (10AM - 4PM) * Must be able to go up and down two flights of stairs and walk the entire property.
