Enrollment Specialist, you'll guide individuals and families through the process of selecting health plans that best fit their needs. This is a client-facing, consultative role where your focus is on education, trust, and long-term relationships.

• Educate clients on available health plan options (individual, family, PPO, supplemental).
• Conduct personalized needs assessments to match clients with the best coverage.
• Assist clients with the enrollment process and ensure compliance with state/federal requirements.
• Provide ongoing client support and policy servicing.
• Build strong relationships to generate referrals and long-term clients.
• Achieve activity and performance goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism. What We Offer

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive and self-motivation.
• Customer service or sales background preferred (not required).
• Ability to work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends).
• Willingness to obtain or already hold a state health insurance license (2-15 or equivalent).
• Commitment to helping others and delivering exceptional client service. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $74,500.00 - $185,000.00 per year
