You will be instrumental in guiding customers and ensuring a positive brand experience, with a core responsibility to achieve designated sales metrics. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will interact directly with residential customers and guide homeowners through product offerings, service plans, and the purchase process. You are responsible for serving as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in their selection and complete satisfaction with AT&T's services. Key Responsibilities of the AT &T Sales Associate: * Promote AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions to residential customers ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations. * Evaluate homeowner requirements and recommend customized service plans that meet individual connectivity and usage needs. * Facilitate product purchases, account setup, and service activations using our CRM software. * Accurately document sales transactions, customer interactions, and service selections using internal CRM and reporting tools. * Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics in alignment with store-level targets and AT&T benchmarks. * Deliver professional, solution-oriented support to address customer inquiries, resolve service-related concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications of the AT &T Sales Associate: * High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred; telecom or consumer electronics experience is an advantage. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and deliver product information clearly. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to perform in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. Details of the AT &T Sales Associate Position: * Employment Type: Full-time employee position * Compensation: Commission-only, uncapped commission pay; Earnings range between $50,000 - $60,000 per year * Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed, Full-time * Work Environment: In-person, face-to-face, territory-based sales on behalf of AT&T within the San Antonio, TX region in addition to in-office meetings during the week * Client and Products: AT&T Wireless and Internet services and products Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
