Job Summary Cardali Group is seeking a Broker Lead - Medicare to support and grow our Medicare broker channel. This role focuses on agent support, onboarding, training coordination, performance tracking, and channel engagement. It is ideal for someone experienced in Medicare operations who wants to lead and support agents without personal production responsibilities. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary support contact for Medicare agents and agencies * Assist with agent recruitment, onboarding, certifications, and activation * Oversee carrier readiness and all required compliance training * Monitor agent performance, activity, and engagement * Provide coaching, guidance, and best practices to increase productivity * Support leadership with growth strategies and internal initiatives * Track key performance metrics related to agent production and retention * Assist with community events, outreach activities, and special projects Qualifications * Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 license (required) * Bilingual English & Spanish (required) * Experience in Medicare operations, agent support, or broker channel coordination * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude Compensation & Benefits * $40,000 - $50,000 base salary (depending on experience) * Commissions on agent-driven production * Quarterly performance bonuses * Annual bonus opportunity * 2 weeks paid vacation * 5 PTO days * 7 paid holidays * Mileage reimbursement * Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Why Join Us This role combines a stable salary with strong earning potential and the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding Medicare department.
