Based in Cleveland, the Blue Rose Group proudly partners with AT&T to deliver exceptional sales and customer solutions across the region. We're expanding our sales team and looking for confident, personable, and goal-driven individuals to join us as Sales Account Representative. No prior sales experience is required -- just a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the desire to make an impact for our clients and their customers. What You'll Be Doing:

• Meet with residential customers face-to-face to present and sell AT&T home services, including internet, wireless, and entertainment packages
• Build lasting relationships through engaging conversations and personalized solutions
• Understand client needs and recommend the best service bundles to fit their lifestyle
• Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions
