Responsibilities * Active Colorado real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one) * Eager to learn and willing to follow proven systems and models * Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic * Comfortable with technology and willing to use a CRM consistently * Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and desire to grow within a team * Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed * Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
