Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the cabinet, millwork, and casework industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining current customer relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and nurture a customer call list to ensure repeat business and build long-term relationships.
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new customer prospects through research, outreach, and follow-up efforts.
• Sales Support : Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order processing.
• Follow-Up : Ensure timely and thorough follow-up with both existing and potential customers to drive sales opportunities.
• Administrative

Duties

: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, and other relevant data.

• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth customer service and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cabinet, millwork, or casework industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
