High energy is what it takes to Connect with Our Culture! * Builds rapport with existing and potential customer base to encourage customers to use our products and services. * Advises customers about rates while gathering key information to find solutions for our customers. * Works with highly confidential information such as customer financial records. * Maintains current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standard. * Other tasks as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: * Authorization to work in the US. * High School Diploma or GED. * Strong verbal & written communication skills for constant interaction with prospective customers via in person approach, or by telephone. * Willingness and ability to work at other nearby branches as required. * Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices. * Ability to analyze customer needs & make recommendations. * Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information. * Must speak Spanish fluently. CONDITIONS: * Working Conditions/Schedule: * Open sales floor or a supermarket customer service booth. * Office Environment. * Flexible schedules between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Sunday. Asociado de Venta RESUMEN: El Asociado de Ventas actuara como un representante clave de la organizacion ante nuestros clientes externos. Este rol se centrara en brindar un excelente servicio a traves de interacciones diarias con los clientes y al mismo tiempo crear valor para la organizacion y para nuestros clientes. Esta persona mejorara proactivamente la aceptacion y la marca de la empresa en el mercado mientras aplica las mejores practicas y procesos durante las transacciones y servicios prestados. REQUISITOS MINIMOS : * Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED. * Debe hablar espaol con fluidez y la comunicacion basica en ingles. * Habilidad para utilizar el teclado de computadora (letras y numeros) y el mouse de computadora. * Orientado a los detalles, especialmente al leer, escribir y contar numeros y monedas. * Fuertes habilidades de comunicacion verbal y escrita para una interaccion constante con los clientes en persona o por telefono. * Disposicion y capacidad para trabajar en otras sucursales cercanas segun se requiera. * Pasion por brindar un excelente servicio al cliente. * Capacidad para analizar las necesidades del cliente, asesorar sobre tarifas y hacer recomendaciones. * Capacidad de recopilar informacion clave para encontrar soluciones para nuestros clientes. * Mantiene la confidencialidad de la informacion del cliente. * Capacidad para gestionar grandes cantidades de transacciones en efectivo. * Trabajador de equipo, colaborador y orientado al servicio. * Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio y organizado. * Mantiene y aplica conocimientos procesales actualizados para el cumplimiento de las normas de las directrices. * Otras tareas que le asigne la direccion.
