Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and competitive listings. * Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively, utilizing various platforms and tools. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions through administrative tasks. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions. * Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions. * Manage property listings and conduct open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants.
