Lexington Park Chevrolet Buick GMC is a leading automotive dealership and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. - Understand customers' needs and preferences, and provide them with detailed information about our vehicle inventory, including features, options, and pricing. - Conduct test drives to showcase the vehicle's performance and features. - Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability for the dealership. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our vehicles to customers. - Collaborate with the finance and insurance department to offer additional services such as financing options and extended warranties. - Follow up with potential customers and maintain a strong customer database for future sales opportunities. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership. Qualifications: - Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required. We welcome individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Self-motivated and results-oriented. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales or automotive-related fields is a plus.
