Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the perfect vehicle. Conduct test drives and ensure a smooth, hassle-free process. Master Your Craft: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and services. Participate in continuous training to sharpen your skills. Build Relationships: Follow up with customers to develop lasting relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Collaborate: Work closely with the sales manager and finance team to streamline the sales process from initial contact to final delivery. Proven Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and connect with customers.
