Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Landscape Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their landscaping needs, providing expert recommendations, and promoting our wide range of outdoor services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor aesthetics, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of landscape maintenance and construction practices. Duties * Meet with clients to assess their landscaping and outdoor project needs, offering tailored solutions. * Promote and sell various services including lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, tree care, snow plowing, and gardening. * Prepare detailed proposals and estimates based on client specifications. * Assist in designing landscape plans that incorporate horticulture principles and aesthetic considerations. * Coordinate with the installation team to ensure project specifications are met efficiently and professionally. * Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, tools, and techniques such as power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications * Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred. * Mechanical knowledge related to landscape equipment and power tools is a plus. * Familiarity with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, pruning, and snow plowing. * Ability to operate or learn how to use excavators and other construction machinery. * Strong understanding of gardening principles, hardscape features, irrigation systems, and general land management. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly to clients. * Valid driver's license is required; experience with land development or construction projects is advantageous. * A proactive attitude with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
