The Business Development Representative is responsible for successfully leading customers to our sales pipeline with our growth team. The primary goal of the Business Development Representative is to ensure a sales pipeline for our growth team, on time and within budget. We strive to deliver a best in industry sales team that accelerates customer utilization of our features and services, unlocking the value of HUCP and the benefits we can bring to the clients. The Business Development Representative line of service as defined by management is developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources. As the Business Development Representative, you will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts as needed. Key Responsibilities: * Develop strong relationships with key referral sources. * Identify opportunities for partnering and growth. * Manage leads from referral sources and ensures efficient admissions process for clients. * Increase the number of referral sources within a facility such as with physicians, executives, front desk, and back-office team members. * Coordinate with the growth team lead on referrals * Educate referral sources in the community and other referral sources on programs, services, and financial benefit from partnering with HUCP * Travel within community, scheduling meetings and developing contacts/referral sources. * Document referral sources within appropriate contact management system. * Develop events and educational forums that demonstrate programs and provide an opportunity to identify potential referral sources. * Maintain existing referral relationships. * Utilize analytic tools, such as CRM and Data Enrichment AI tools, to effectively plan and evaluate activity to optimize results. * Represent facility in professional forums and communicate mission in all outreach interactions. * Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related health or social services field preferred. * Two or more years' experience in sales and/or marketing required. * Excellent communication skills and effective networking with a broad base of internal and external constituents * Effectively manage all stakeholders internally and externally for project alignment and success * Maintains relationships across functions utilizing your network to broaden knowledge. * Decision making, manages and anticipates conflicts before they happen and utilizes creativity in solution development * Steps up to conflicts seeing them as opportunities, noticing situational queues and adjusting accordingly. * Strong presentation skills with the ability to transfer knowledge to others and communicate to senior management and customers in laymen's terms. * Proven project management experience in complex environments and be able to balance competing projects * Quickly Incorporates both positive and constructive feedback for self-improvement * Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and leverage resources to drive results within a virtual environment * Negotiate skillfully, and build consensus, understand the customers business objectives to drive consultative decision makingBIGH
