Job Overview We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Prefered to have in field or in green industry experience. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new residential clients. Your ability to analyze customer agronomic needs, conduct cold calls, and upsell products will be crucial in achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in industry door to door sales, looking to aggressively sell units for a company with great reviews whose niche is a commitment to a reduced chemical footprint. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. * Analyze prospect's lawn to provide agronomic solutions to earn client's trust. * Engage in cold conversations and convert to client at high close percentage. (Most conversations 30 min or less) * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue. * Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Measure lawns via app to accurately price lawn services. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs * Proficiency in cold calling techniques and upselling strategies.
