Come work for a family owned and operated dealership. Looking for self- motivated people who want to build a career and are guest oriented. The sky is the limit with many opportunities to grow within. Responsibilities: Help customers find a vehicle that suits their driving needs and price range. Stay up to date on a newly released models and perform test drives so you can show vehicles capabilities to customer. Utilize your sales skills and knowledge of cars to maintain vehicle sales at the dealership. Qualifications: * Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building. * In-Depth knowledge of the dealership's vehicles, finance options and sales process * Active listening to best determine customers wants and needs * Bilingual/Spanish skills are preferred * Confidence to create a positive impression on customers * Organization and time management skills * Teamwork & Collaboration skills to coordinate sales with finance team and sales team * A welcoming and friendly demeanor * Passion & knowledge of vehicles 2 1/2 days OFF weekly!!
