Skills * Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in a retail setting. * Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership capabilities within a retail environment. * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Excellent phone etiquette for professional remote interactions. * Skilled in upselling techniques that enhance customer experience while increasing sales revenue. * Knowledge of merchandising principles and stock management practices typical of grocery stores or similar retail outlets. * Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory management. * Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. * Experience in retail sales environments where product demos are used to inform purchasing decisions.
