Leasing Agent | Northern Virginia Company: Bay Property Management Group (BMG) Location: Northern Virginia (field-based with flexible schedule) Loudoun County Compensation: Commission-only - $900 per lease About the Role Bay Property Management Group Northern Virginia is hiring a Leasing Agent to join our expanding real estate team. This is a commission-based, field position focused on marketing, showing, and leasing residential properties across Northern Virginia, particularly in Loudoun County. Leasing Agents at BMG manage their own schedules, work independently, and enjoy flexibility while earning competitive commissions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to build experience in property management, real estate sales, or leasing. Key Responsibilities * Market and list available rental properties on multiple platforms. * Respond promptly to phone, text, and email inquiries from prospective renters. * Schedule and conduct property showings; provide accurate details about homes and neighborhoods. * Guide applicants through the leasing process, collecting necessary documents and signatures. * Coordinate move-ins by working closely with tenants, owners, and property managers. * Conduct pre-move-in property inspections and upload required documentation and photos. * Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
