Responsibilities

:

• Assist the on-site sales team in coordinating all aspects of presenting homes to prospective buyers.
• Establish rapport with prospective buyers to determine their immediate housing needs
• Obtain contact/follow-up information from prospective buyers visiting the community.
• Provide excellent customer service to real estate sales agents and prospective buyers.

Requirements

:

• Must have a valid California Real Estate License and be willing to it move to JWS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional dress and demeanor
• Desire to excel in team oriented environment
