The Position We're looking for a closer -- not a clock-watcher. If you know how to talk, move, and close deals, we've got the traffic and the inventory. Over 225 cars in stock across 2 locations -- and we're still growing. * Greet walk-ins and online leads * Help customers find the right vehicle and lock in the deal * Post inventory, respond to messages, and follow up strongly * Represent the dealerships with confidence and hustle Pay * Based on experience * Opportunity to grow fast if you perform * Top producers get rewarded. No corporate games, just results. Requirements * Strong people skills and the ability to close * Sales or customer service experience preferred * Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish) * Must be reliable and able to work full-time Why Work Here?
