Willow Marketing Inc. is hiring a full-time AT&T Sales Representative for our St. Louis, MO location. This is a fully in-person, face-to-face sales role conducted in retail environments and on-site promotional locations--remote or hybrid work is not available. As part of a performance-driven team, you will represent AT&T by engaging customers directly in retail stores and event-based settings. You'll initiate conversations with shoppers, explain AT&T's wireless and fiber offerings, answer product questions, and assist with on-the-spot enrollments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with the public, building rapport in person, and developing hands-on sales skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Through structured training and ongoing coaching, you'll gain real-world experience in customer engagement, sales presentations, and retail sales operations while helping deliver AT&T's premium services to customers in your community. Key Responsibilities: * Represent AT&T in a professional manner through full-time, face-to-face sales interactions, operating strictly in person at retail and event-based locations throughout the Saint Louis area. * Engage customers, assess needs, and recommend the best AT&T wireless and internet solutions. * Demonstrate and explain the latest devices and technology clearly and effectively. * Guide customers through service options, upgrades, and enrollment. * Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. * Maintain an organized and appealing retail or event display to encourage customer interaction.Stay current with AT&T products, promotions, and technology updates. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required. * Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred. * Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to explain technology and services in a clear, customer-friendly manner. * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. AT &T Sales Assistant Overview: * Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position * Pay: 50% commission base split - fixed base salary of $15 an hour + $200-$300 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. A Representative earns an average of $700-$1000 per week. * Hours : This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 30-40 hours per week * Location : This position will be based out of our office and a single assigned retail location. * AT&T Sales Representatives will be working face to face with customers * Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: In person
