Skilled Trades Recruiters that have a desire to be in Sales - We are looking for you! Environment: * HYBRID - 3 Mandatory In office days (Mon, Wed, and Thur) and 2 WFH * 1st shift: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm * Base Salary Pay ($39,000) + uncapped Commissions , yearly bonus opportunities, and incentive programs. * Paid Weekly * Employees must be within a reasonable commute to their assigned office location. Qualifications/Requirements (1+ years experience with): * Full Cycle recruiting , staffing, sales , and client development in skilled trades/manufacturing. * Sales , Business development, and client relationship building. * Cold Calling - daily. * Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills. * Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Metrics-based setting. * Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM systems * Flexible to meet tight deadlines or work OT as needed. * Diploma/GED required; Degree preferred. * Proficient in Teams, Zoom, MS Office, and online sourcing tools. * Ability to work independently while meeting recruiting goals/quotas. What You 'll Do: * Manage full-cycle recruiting : job postings, interviews, placements, and follow-up. * Source and engage skilled trades professionals through creative outreach, networking, and cold calls. * Help build and develop new business and maintain strong client relationships across multiple states. * Solve problems quickly, from hiring challenges to attendance issues. * Provide a world-class experience for candidates and clients. * Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, winning team. * Continuously grow your skills in recruiting and sales to advance your career.
