Job Title: Physician Outreach SpecialistLocation: Digestive and Liver Center of Florida Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Marketing Manager / Director of Outreach Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Physician Outreach Specialist to join our team at Digestive and Liver Center of Florida. The Physician Outreach Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and medical organizations in our community. The goal is to increase awareness of our services, generate new referrals, and foster collaboration to provide high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute outreach strategies to build and strengthen relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers within the region. * Educate and inform referring physicians about the Digestive and Liver Center's services, including the range of treatments and specialties offered. * Schedule and attend meetings with physicians and healthcare organizations to promote our practice, answer questions, and establish strong professional connections. * Track and report on referral trends, providing insights on areas of opportunity for growth. * Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure outreach efforts are aligned with the organization's objectives and branding. * Participate in community and medical events, conferences, and seminars to represent the Digestive and Liver Center and expand the network of referral sources. * Maintain an updated database of referral sources and relevant contacts. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and high levels of satisfaction among referring physicians and their patients. * Handle any physician-related inquiries and follow up on referrals to ensure timely patient care. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Proven experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or outreach roles, ideally within a clinical or medical practice setting. * Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and medical referral processes. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. * Ability to travel within the region as needed.
