Full description of the position
Location: Mostly remote; must live in the Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT). Applicants outside of the tri-state area will not be considered. Travel: Occasional on-site visits through-out the tri-state area as needed. Job Overview Silverbrick Group is expanding into third-party property management and is seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to drive new business across HOA, condo, and multifamily communities. This role combines relationship-based sales with SEO and digital lead generation to support long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and close new management clients (HOA, condo, multifamily) * Execute SEO-driven and digital lead generation for property management services * Collaborate on website content, landing pages, and listings * Track and analyze lead sources, SEO performance, and conversion data * Build relationships with HOA boards, developers, and owners * Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients * Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements * Negotiate contracts and and manage deal execution * Coordinate onboarding of new communities * Use AppFolio and related tools to manage prospects Skills * 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition * Property management or HOA experience required * Demonstrated experience with SEO optimization, digital marketing, and online lead generation * Understanding of HOA boards and community structures * Comfortable working independently * Proficient in Google Workspace; AppFolio experience preferred * Must live and be able to commute in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, or CT) Compensation * $50,000 base salary * 10% commission * Health Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: RemoteThe SilverBrick Group, LLC
