About NunaHub NunaHub is a simple, culturally-guided online hub designed to connect tribal members--especially youth--with essential resources and opportunities. Our platform aggregates: Community Events: Culture, health, education, and youth activities. Essential Resources: Benefits, housing, mental health, and social services. We partner directly with Tribal Governments, clinics, and Native-serving programs to ensure resources are accessible and relevant. We are seeking an engaged individual rooted in the Native community to be our primary representative and growth driver. What You Will Do (The Sales & Outreach Focus) This role is the voice and face of NunaHub in the community, driving adoption and securing new tribal partnerships. Front-Line Engagement: Initiate and join meetings (online and in-person) with Tribal Councils, program directors, and community organizations. Product Demonstration: Clearly and confidently explain and demo the NunaHub platform in community-friendly language, directly addressing local needs. Sales & Follow-Up: Manage contact follow-up, nurture leads, and actively move interested parties toward securing pilot programs and signed contracts. Feedback Loop: Listen intently to community needs, cultural sensitivities, and technical feedback, and relay this information directly to the NunaHub product team. Travel: Travel with the founder to tribal communities as needed (and potentially solo later). Who You Are Deeply connected to or possess significant work experience within Native/Tribal communities. An exceptional communicator and natural relationship-builder, comfortable engaging respectfully with Elders, staff, and youth. Passionate about improving community access to critical resources and information. Comfortable managing a flexible schedule and independent work environment (1099). Compensation & Structure This is a high-incentive contract role designed for immediate impact and long- term reward. Hourly Rate: $25-$35 per hour (based on experience). Commission: 10% of the total contract lifecycle value (paid as a percentage of the earned amount on each check, aligning your compensation with the partnership's success). Expenses: All necessary travel time is paid, and flights, gas, and lodging for community visits are covered or reimbursed.
