Job Description

A fast growing industrial services company is seeking motivated Inside Sales Account Managers to join a high performance sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment, enjoy building relationships over the phone, and are driven to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Make 80 -100 outbound calls daily to manufacturing and distribution contacts
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads and follow up promptly
• Identify new prospects and develop strong business relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts
• Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings

Requirements

• Proven success in phone based sales
• Strong track record of achieving quotas
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Highly competitive and self driven personality
