Inside Sales Account Manager Job Type: Full-Time Location: Onsite- Buford, GA Salary Range: $20.00+ Per Hour (Top performances can earn 100k + Per Year) Compensation Structure: Base + Commission + Incentives Job Description A fast growing industrial services company is seeking motivated Inside Sales Account Managers to join a high performance sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment, enjoy building relationships over the phone, and are driven to exceed sales goals. Responsibilities * Make 80 -100 outbound calls daily to manufacturing and distribution contacts * Manage a high volume of inbound leads and follow up promptly * Identify new prospects and develop strong business relationships * Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts * Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system * Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas * Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings Requirements * Proven success in phone based sales * Strong track record of achieving quotas * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus * Strong multitasking and time management abilities * Highly competitive and self driven personality Benefits * $55,000 -$75,000 first year average earnings * Top performers can earn $100,000+ * Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, and 401(k) with company match after 1 year * $350 monthly medical credit provided * Competitive commission plan and performance incentives Apply Today!
