: Position: Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Torrance, CA Employment Type: Full-time / Exempt Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow sales within the Functional Plastics and Retail business. This role is responsible for achieving annual sales targets, developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and overseeing day-to- day sales operations while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance requirements. * * Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies to achieve business goals * Manage key accounts, conduct regular client visits, and identify new market opportunities * Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts; report results to senior management * Prepare annual budgets and conduct monthly and quarterly sales reviews * Oversee pricing, credit management, order processing, inventory control, and payment collection * Supervise and support sales staff, ensuring accurate and timely sales and profit reporting * Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, product development, and promotions * Ensure compliance with all federal/state regulations and company policies Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * Minimum 3 years of related sales or business development experience * Business-level English required; business-level Japanese preferred * Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Working Conditions * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Hybrid work style: office-based with telecommuting available once per week Additional Requirements * Ability to travel locally, domestically, and internationally as required * Valid driver's license and safe driving record : : : $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 : * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Semiconductor / Plastics Field : 3 years (Required) Language: * Business level Japanese (Required)
