About the Role

Green Innovations, a construction company specializing in impact doors and windows based in Hollywood, FL , is looking for experienced Spanish- speaking sales professionals to drive sales and close high-value deals around Orlando, FL. This is a commission-based role - your earnings depend on your performance. If you're only making $15,000 a month elsewhere, you might not be reaching your full sales potential. At Green Innovations, our sales team earns between $20,000 and $50,000 per month - with no cap on commissions. What You 'll Do

• Conduct daily in-person sales appointments.
• Close deals and meet high sales targets.
• Provide top-tier customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies. What We 're Looking For
• Proven sales experience (construction sales preferred).
• Strong communication skills in Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel daily for client appointments.
• Open to training and professional development. What We Offer
