The Role We're looking for a strategic and successful Account Executive to join us in bringing our rapidly growing Marketing Automation Suite, MavenAI, for multi- family owners and operators to the multifamily space. Rentable's flagship Google Business Pro product MavenAI is the industry's leading source of daily, 100% automated, AI content generation for multifamily marketers to manage and optimize Google Business & Social Media Profiles. You'll have a direct impact on the expansion of our business and be recognized & rewarded for your success. We only hire the best, and you'll need to convince us that you're a top-level performer. To succeed, you'll need to be comfortable in a hunting role, building your pipeline from the ground up. Responsibilities: * Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close * Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and in-person presentations to secure new business * Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations * Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert * Collaborate with Rentable MavenAI sales development and customer success teams * Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process * Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast as well as activity tracking within Salesforce CRM * Meet and exceed performance metrics * Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings Qualifications: * 5+ years in a SaaS sales executive role * Multifamily sales experience * Proven track record of success closing deals * Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus * Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.) * Strong organizational and time management skills * Disciplined, adaptable self-starter * Strong networking and interpersonal skills Why Rentable: * 100% remote workplace * Competitive Compensation * Flexible Vacation Policy * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 100% paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance program * 401k Program If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation in the application or recruiting process, please contact your recruiter.
