Full description of the position

Pay Range: Hourly Non-exempt $26.81 per hour or $200 flat for New or Used vehicle sold or 100% commission start at 25% per sold unit, plus units bonus. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable. Job Responsibilities: * Present, promote and sell automobiles by demonstrating its characteristics, features, comparing competitive models, and conduct test drives. * Attend to the phone lines at all times in a friendly and prompt manner - reservations and general questions. * Explain warranties and services. * Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with existing and prospective customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions. * Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. * Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collect payment; deliver automobiles. * Provide sales management information by completing reports. * Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. * Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
