Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture and design, with the ability to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. This role involves collaborating with clients, understanding their vision, and translating it into functional designs that enhance the environment. Responsibilities * Develop comprehensive landscape designs that meet client specifications and adhere to local regulations. * Utilize software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and 3D (Realtime) to draft detailed plans and presentations. * Conduct site assessments to evaluate conditions and constraints affecting design proposals. * Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback into final plans. * Stay updated on sustainable design practices and incorporate them into projects. Experience * Proven experience in landscape design or a related field is essential. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Auto CAD, and 3D (Realtime) is required. * Knowledge of civil engineering principles as they relate to landscape projects is preferred. * Knowledge of Aspire CRM Landscape program. * Familiarity with sustainable design practices and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus. * Strong drafting skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
