Responsibilities * Self-generate and close high-value commercial and residential solar deals * Confidently present American Solar's market-leading solutions using exclusive visualization and financial software * Educate business owners and homeowners on the financial and operational benefits of solar * Manage and close a strong sales pipeline through SOLO CRM * Deliver a five-star customer experience from consultation through installation * Participate in in-person training, recruiting, and collaboration at the Orlando office Qualifications * 2+ years of proven success in outside solar or energy sales required * Documented history of consistently exceeding sales goals * Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills * Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented * Experience closing high-ticket deals Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $220,000.00 - $480,000.00 per year Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week Work Location: In person
