Responsibilities

• Self-generate and close high-value commercial and residential solar deals
• Confidently present American Solar's market-leading solutions using exclusive visualization and financial software
• Educate business owners and homeowners on the financial and operational benefits of solar
• Manage and close a strong sales pipeline through SOLO CRM
• Deliver a five-star customer experience from consultation through installation
• Participate in in-person training, recruiting, and collaboration at the Orlando office

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in outside solar or energy sales required
• Documented history of consistently exceeding sales goals
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
