Job Overview You have the opportunity to serve as the trusted fiduciary, leader, and protector of the real estate business. As the Real Estate Broker, you will guide agents, safeguard compliance, and elevate standards across transactions, people, and processes. You will play a critical role in shaping culture, mentoring agents, mitigating risk, and ensuring that the business operates with integrity and excellence. This position requires both leadership presence and a servant's heart--someone who is willing to be available, step in when needed, and lead from the front in moments that matter most. Compensation is in addition 95% of your own real estate deals and additional income opportunities for recruiting agents to the team Responsibilities * Serve as the designated MN & WI Broker for a PLACE real estate team, ensuring all real estate activities comply with state laws, regulations, and brokerage policies. * Provide oversight and guidance on contracts, disclosures, transaction files, and risk management issues. * Monitor and follow up with agents to ensure timely completion of required continuing education credits * Coach and support agents through complex transactions, problem-solving scenarios, and ethical considerations. * Lead and participate in ongoing training related to compliance, contracts, legal updates, and industry best practices. * Partner with leadership to reinforce standards, expectations, and professional conduct across the organization. * Support onboarding and education of new agents to ensure they understand brokerage policies, compliance requirements, and professional responsibilities. * Act as a calm, solutions-oriented presence when issues arise, protecting both clients and the brokerage. Qualifications * Licensed Real Estate Broker in both MN and WI * Involvement in MLS Systems, rules, and regulations * Exceptional attention to detail and documentation * High level of patience and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Desire to learn and implement the technology and systems the team has in place * Strong coaching and mentoring skills * Ability to lead with authority while maintaining approachability * Continuous learner who stays ahead of industry and regulatory changes * Clear, confident, and professional communication--written and verbal * Strong judgment and decision-making abilities * Commitment to ethical standards and fiduciary responsibility * Servant-leader mindset with a genuine desire to support others * Willingness to be available outside traditional business hours when needed Join our team as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and leverage your expertise to make meaningful connections while advancing your career in the vibrant real estate industry.
