This individual will play a key role in building brand awareness, developing relationships with local businesses and organizations, and generating qualified leads through community engagement and partnership development. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, organize, and execute community events, sponsorships, and public outreach activities that promote the agency's brand and services. * Represent the agency at local networking events, fairs, and charitable functions to build visibility and goodwill. * Identify community partnerships and co-marketing opportunities with schools, nonprofits, and local businesses. * Coordinate all event logistics, including budgeting, setup, materials, and promotional follow-up. * Develop and manage social media content calendars and local marketing campaigns that highlight community involvement and agency achievements. * Assist with creating promotional materials, including flyers, banners, and digital content for events and campaigns. * Design and implement local marketing strategies aimed at attracting auto, home, and life insurance prospects. * Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto dealerships, and other local professionals. * Support agency sales goals through effective community-driven marketing initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. * Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Comfortable speaking at community events and representing the agency in public. * Proficiency with social media platforms, basic graphic design tools and CRM systems. * Self-motivated, outgoing, and passionate about helping people and connecting with the community. * Although not required previous experience in marketing, public relations, event planning, or community outreach is preferred (insurance or financial services experience a plus)
