What You'll Do As a Sales Consultant, you will manage the full sales cycle and drive new revenue through prospecting, discovery, and closing. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and generate new B2B business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach * Conduct needs-based discovery to understand payroll and HR challenges * Present customized payroll and HR solutions to decision-makers * Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools * Close new business and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas * Attend networking events and develop referral partnerships * Collaborate with implementation and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding What We're Looking For Required Qualifications * Proven success in B2B sales , preferably in a quota-driven role * Strong prospecting and cold-calling experience * Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close * Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills * High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Preferred Experience * Payroll, HR, HCM, or SaaS sales experience * Familiarity with platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, iSolved , or similarTesseon
