Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with the ability to travel between San Antonio and Corpus Christi as needed. Key Responsibilities * Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities * Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking * Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team * Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM system * Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies * Monitor industry trends and competitor activity * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Previous experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks * Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic * Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in B2B sales or lead generation * Familiarity with cold outreach strategies * Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools * English proficiency (spoken and written), depending on market admin1 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have previous experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role? * How many years of experience do you have in business development? * Are you willing and able to travel regularly between San Antonio and Corpus Christi? * What is your email address?
