Responsibilities of a Bilingual Customer Sales Representative * Drive local sales growth by introducing AT&T products and services through engaging, in-person presentations. * Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers to ensure clarity and comfort throughout the sales process. * Build lasting relationships that foster customer loyalty, repeat business, and long-term satisfaction. * Address customer inquiries with professionalism, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide accurate information. * Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate the value and benefits of each offering. * Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups. * Collaborate with other Bilingual Customer Sales Representative team members to meet performance goals and ensure client success. Bilingual Customer Sales Representative Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (required). * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required). * Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Prior experience as a Bilingual Customer Sales Representative is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn. * Positive attitude with a strong desire to support customers and contribute to a team environment. * Interest in business, sales strategy, or client relations is a plus.
