Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote membership options that best suit them. * Conduct product demos to showcase the benefits of membership. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with membership pricing and promotions. * Maintain an organized sales area, ensuring all promotional materials are up-to-date and accessible. * Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall customer experience. Requirements * Previous experience with a fitness center, fitness studio, gym or membership based business (like a massage franchise) is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to customers. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding pricing structures. * Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is a plus. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about products and services offered. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
