Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: On-site (Madison, WI) Compensation: $48,000/year+ OTE with uncapped commission Position Type: Full-time * About Us Join our dynamic and results-driven sales team! As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to prospect, cold call, and set qualified appointments for our Account Executives. You won't be closing deals (yet), but you'll be the first point of contact -- the voice and energy that opens the door to future client relationships.The goal & vision of this position is to master the craft of the SDR role in the first 6-12 months and then promote/grow into an Account Executive and management roles. * Responsibilities * Cold call local business owners (home services niche) to introduce Grandir and schedule appointments * Manage and update CRM [please apply online] with lead activity, follow-ups, and notes * Research and identify ideal prospects using provided tools and resources * Handle objections, refine outreach strategies, and consistently hit KPIs * Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging and outreach workflows * Participate in daily training and coaching to sharpen your sales skills What We 're Looking For * Strong work ethic and comfort with high call volume * Coachable and eager to learn sales fundamentals * Clear communicator who can build rapport quickly * Positive attitude and resilience to rejection * Prior sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required Benefits * Hands-on sales training and mentorship every day * Growth opportunities in the first 6-12 months (accelerated merit-based promotion path to Account Executive) * Monthly and quarterly incentives * Annual company trip (Previous locations include Scottsdale & Seattle, and our team of 15 is headed to Cancun this month!) * 24/7 gym & sauna access Apply today if you're ready to catapult your sales career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment!
