Vara Chevrolet is Hiring Automotive Sales Professionals Benefits * Competitive compensation plan with bonuses * Annual compensation average $50,000 to $150,000 * Positive professional work environment * Company covers 75% Medical Insurance * Paid vacation * Sick leave * Closed Sundays * Five-day work week * 401K with employer match * Opportunities for advancement * Comprehensive paid training program with one-on-one peer training * Employee vehicle purchase program * 15 days of vacation offered for tenured team members Requirements * Must be 21 years of age * Professional communication skills with customers and team members * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Clean driving record with a valid non-suspended driver's license * Background check and drug screen * Bilingual strongly recommended * High School diploma or equivalent * Excellent oral and written communication skill * Preemployment screening: background check, clean driving record, valid non-suspended driver's license and drug testing Responsibilities * Prospect for new clients daily to grow your customer base * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business * Learn to overcome objections * Update your CRM tool daily to track all prospects daily * Complete your GM training every quarter to remain in good standing with the store * Be punctual when arriving and be ready to go when your shift starts * Maintain a CSI score that is consistent with manufacturer guidelines * Learn how to do a proper demonstration of a new or used vehicle by highlighting features and benefits * Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions * Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times with your fellow peers and with guests Vara Chevrolet is one of the premiere dealerships in San Antonio located conveniently just south of downtown and has been serving the needs of South Texas since January 6, 1990.
